With SAIB Mobile Banking, users can access banking services in a simple, fast, and convenient manner without relying on a computer. This allows for quick and secure access to various account options like Time Deposits (TDs), Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Loans, and more.

By downloading the SAIB Mobile Banking application, customers can benefit from various features, including:

• Monitoring all accounts in Arabic or English
• Transferring funds between different accounts with multiple currencies
• Viewing debit and credit card details and settling credit card dues
• Scheduling recurring or future transactions
• Managing SAIB cards by reporting lost or stolen cards
• Creating a list of favorite beneficiaries for daily payments
• Requesting cheque books
• Sending inquiries, suggestions, and complaints
• Checking the status of existing Time Deposits, Certificates of Deposit, Loans & Overdraft Accounts
• Viewing the latest FX rates and using the Currency Calculator to convert currencies

To begin using the service:

1. Download and install the SAIB Mobile Banking app on your mobile device.
2. If you are an existing Internet Banking user, log in with your current username and password.
3. New users need to visit the nearest SAIB branch to fill out a Services application form for access to Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services.

Security:

SAIB does not hold responsibility for any issues arising from using the application on a modified device or operating system that is outside the vendor's supported configurations. This includes "jail-broken" or "rooted" devices.
